I bet when you think of Texas, you think of large ribeye steaks and baked potatoes smothered with butter and sour cream. But Texas is also the place where butter chicken was first brought to the United States from the subcontinent of India. We decided to mix Tex Mex with butter chicken to create a truly unique and delicious taste.

Preparation
1. Use our ultimate butter chicken recipe that includes an overnight yogurt marinade.
2. Dry off the chicken and then coat it with a Texas rub of your choice.
3. Add 2 tbsp of Tabasco to melted butter and brush on the chicken wings.
4. Cook the chicken on the grill.
5. Wrap chicken in foil pouches. Leave the pouches open so you can brush some of the sauce on the chicken.
6. Be generous with the sauce but don’t overfill the pouches.
7. Make sure you include some onions or other vegetables inside the packet.
8. Cook at your favorite grilling temperature and time.
