Preparation
1. Stir marinade ingredients in a large bowl.

2. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized chunks and coat with marinade until thoroughly coated. Cover and place in refrigerator for a minimum of one hour, overnight if needed.

3. In a large sauté pan melt butter on medium heat and add onions.

4. Once the onions are soft and browned make a well in the center of the sauté pan and add the minced garlic, mixing the two together once the garlic is fragrant.

5. Stir in remaining sauce ingredients.

6. Add chicken pieces to sauté pan making evenly spaced so that they form a single layer. Check to make sure chicken is thoroughly cooked after ten minutes.
