Preparation
1. Cut chicken breasts into strips, tenderize and season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add in the chicken strips.
3. Turn strips over and remove them from the skillet when fully cooked.
4. Add garlic cloves and remaining ingredients to create the sauce. Saute for 30 seconds until the garlic sizzles its aroma.
5. Fold in the chicken broth and simmer ingredients.
